Call to order: 6:40 PM
Members Present: Bob Fay, Jen Golden, Cyndi Hofacre, Marcy Mertes, Sandy Zorn, Darryl Paden, Pat Silagy-Wesson, Marty Hurley, Rachel Korzan, Emil Alecusan, Rosemary Norton, Jim Reinhard, and Ezra Malernee

- Motion was made by Bob Fay to approve November 19, 2007 minutes
1st Vice President’s Report: given by Darryl Paden
- January & February Memberships Total: 7
2nd Vice President’s Report: Crime Report given by Pat Silagy Wesson
- Total calls for February=23; same as January with a few Breaking and Entering
Treasurer’s Report: given by Darryl Paden
- Total Membership and Revenue=$205.08
- Expenses for 2008=$860.00
- Revenue over expense=$654.92
New Business:
- Spring Newsletter will be mailed in May 2008 to all paid and non paid members
- Gene Kraus was one of two guest speakers; Gene is the new Minister for New Vision, which is the church at the corner of Market and 32nd St.; this is a church for any and all faiths; reaching out to drug and alcohol recovery, single parents and anyone that is coming back to faith; twice a month a Buddius group meets at the church; also twice a week there is a spiritual restoration group that meets at the church; they specialize in Yoga and Natural Healing(anyone is welcome); currently New Vision has 41 members and 5 year goal is to have 200-250 members

- Garage Sale will be May 2nd and 3rd from 9-3pm
- Rob Hankins with Arts in Stark was our second guest speaker; He focused on all that is and will be going on in Downtown Canton to promote the arts in the community; February 29-April 26th Komono is coming to Canton; this will the second time that Komono has been in the states and it will be in only 2 states this year, one of which is Canton and the other being San Diego;
